Quinacridone pigments are available in colors ranging from golden yellow, red to purple, with beautiful hues, low solubility, high hiding power, high light and weather fastness, excellent solvent resistance and heat resistance, and are used in the coloring of high-grade industrial coatings, plastics, metal printing inks and construction materials. Quinacridone pigments have excellent heat resistance, solvent resistance and light resistance despite their small molecular weight and simple molecular structure. Pigment Red 122
Pigment Red 122 is a very bright blue-red pigment with a color close to magenta. Its chemical structure is dimethyl quinacridone, so it has better light fastness and weathering resistance than the unsubstituted quinacridone pigment Violet 19 (γ crystalline type). Pigment Red 122 has high heat resistance and can withstand a high temperature of 280°C for 5-6 hours when used for coloring polypropylene and polyester stock.

Pigment Violet 19
Pigment Violet 19 belongs to Carbazolodioxazine Violet, this hue is beautiful and bright, with high coloring power and high light fastness, and its performance is comparable with phthalocyanine pigments. Pigment Violet 23 has a reddish violet base color, and a blue variety can be obtained by special pigment treatments. Pigment Violet 23 has particularly high coloring power, but it should be noted that when it is used in transparent density polymerized vinyl products, although its 1/3 standard depth fastness is also 8, it will drop sharply when diluted to 1/25 standard depth. Therefore, the concentration of Pigment Violet 23 for transparent products should not be less than 0.05%. Pigment Violet 23 can be used for polyester coloring, resistant to 280’C/6h without decomposition, and can also be used for coloring polypropylene fiber stock.

Pigment Violet 19 (β crystalline)
Pigment Violet 19 (β-crystalline) is a reddish-purple pigment which is very similar to, but more vivid than, Color Red 88 (tetrachlorosulfur indigo pigment). Pigment Violet 19 (β crystalline) is well dispersed and has high hiding power and sunlight resistance when mixed with the inorganic pigments Iron Oxide Red and Aluminum Complex Red, and is a higher variety than when mixed with Titanium Dioxide.

Pigment Violet 19 (Y crystal type)
Pigment Violet 19 (Y crystal type) is a kind of blue-red pigment, its particle size distribution is wider, which has a greater influence on the coloring performance. The smaller the average particle size is, the worse the sunlight fastness and weathering fastness are, but the brighter the color light is, the higher the coloring power is. Pigment Violet 19 (Y crystal type) has a larger average particle size, the bluer the color light, the better the fastness and weathering fastness, so it can be used in applications requiring high light fastness and high weathering fastness. Pigment Violet 19 (γ crystal type) for polyester coloring can withstand high temperatures of 240-290C for 5-6h, and is very stable even when the processing temperature of polycarbonate reaches 320C.

Pigment Red 202
Pigment Red 202 is a blue-red powder, its color is bluer than the standard 122, bright color, strong coloring power, heat resistance up to 300°C, sunlight resistance of 7 to 8 levels, its performance has excellent solvent resistance and solvent resistance, no migration. It can be used for ink, paint, high-grade plastic resin, pigment printing, coloring of soft plastic products.
