PVC pigment powder is engineered for rigid and flexible polyvinyl chloride applications, delivering exceptional weatherability and chemical resistance. These organic formulations maintain ΔE ≤0.8 color stability under prolonged UV exposure (3,000 hours per ASTM G154) and withstand processing temperatures up to 200°C (ISO 306). With 99% particle fineness below 5μm (ISO 13320), the powder ensures streak-free dispersion in high-shear mixers, critical for window profiles and cable jacketing.
The formulation resists plasticizer migration (<0.1% weight loss per ASTM D1203) and provides excellent HCl gas stability during extrusion. Produced at 700MT monthly, our pigment powder guarantees ≤1.5% batch variance for construction, automotive, and electrical applications. Specialized stabilization systems prevent thermal degradation, maintaining impact strength within ±5% of uncolored PVC (ASTM D256).
