Advantages

  • High Cost-Efficiency: Offers comparable light fastness (7–8), heat resistance (up to 260°C), and solvent resistance to pricier pigments at a lower cost, ideal for large-scale applications in plastics (PVC, LDPE), coatings, and textiles.
  • Heavy Metal-Free Safety: Complies with environmental standards (e.g., RoHS) without toxic components, balancing safety with affordability for consumer products and packaging.
  • Versatile Processability: Disperses easily in polymers and coatings, reducing production costs while maintaining color consistency and migration resistance in flexible PVC, architectural paints, and printing inks.
  • Performance-Driven Economy: Withstands outdoor weathering and high-temperature processing (e.g., plastic extrusion) without compromising color, minimizing rework and material waste for cost-sensitive industries.
