Your Reliable Pigment Partner
Oil pigment powder is a specialized organic formulation designed for stable dispersion in oil-based industrial systems. These pigments exhibit exceptional rheological properties, maintaining viscosity below 15,000 cP (ASTM D2196) across temperatures from 10°C to 80°C. Key applications include offset printing inks requiring ≤3μm particle sizes for 1,200 lpi resolution and industrial lubricants needing metallic impurity levels <50ppm.
Formulated with anthraquinone and perylene derivatives, our pigment powder achieves lightfastness ratings of 7-8 on the Blue Wool Scale (ISO 105-B02) while resisting solvent bleeding in mineral oil systems. The production process utilizes advanced jet milling technology to achieve 99% particles below 5μm, ensuring smooth ink transfer and clog-free fluid circulation.
With 700 metric tons monthly output capacity, we support bulk orders up to 20MT with 98% on-time delivery. All batches undergo rigorous testing for acid value (<25mg KOH/g per ISO 3682) and heavy metal content (<0.01% per RoHS 3).
Technical Advantages
Color Consistency: ΔE ≤0.8 between batches (measured via X-Rite Ci64)
