Fluorescent pigment powder provides intense daylight visibility with 98% UV-to-visible light conversion efficiency (CIE 15:2004). These organic formulations maintain 95% initial brightness after 3,000 hours QUV-B exposure (ASTM G154) and withstand -40°C to 120°C thermal cycling. With 99% particle fineness below 5μm (ISO 13320), the powder ensures uniform dispersion in traffic paints and safety gear coatings.
