Your Reliable Pigment Partner
Fiber pigment powder is designed for mass coloration of synthetic fibers like polyester, nylon, and polypropylene. These organic formulations withstand melt-spinning temperatures up to 300°C (ISO 11357) while maintaining ΔE ≤0.6 color consistency. With 99.9% particle fineness below 1μm (ISO 13320), the powder ensures uniform dispersion in polymer melts, eliminating filter blockage and yarn breakage.
The pigment resists UV degradation (≤0.8ΔE after 3,000 hours ISO 105-B02) and chemical exposure to acids/alkalis (pH 2-12). Produced at 700MT monthly, our powder reduces dyeing waste by 90% compared to conventional methods, supporting automotive textiles and geotextile production. Specialized dispersion technology maintains tensile strength within ±3% of uncolored fibers (ASTM D3822).
