Fabric Pigments

Fabric pigment powder is optimized for functional fabric coatings requiring flexibility and environmental resistance. These organic formulations maintain ΔE ≤0.6 after 3,000 hours of Xenon-arc exposure (ISO 105-B04) and withstand 100+ dry cleaning cycles (ISO 3175). With 99.5% particle fineness below 1μm (ISO 13320), the powder ensures seamless integration with PU and acrylic coatings for waterproof membranes.

The pigment resists fungal growth (ASTM G21) and oil contamination (AATCC 118), ideal for marine and medical fabrics. Produced at 700MT monthly, our powder enables ≤1% coating weight variance across industrial fabric rolls, supporting architectural membranes and protective gear.
