Concrete pigment powder is an organic coloring agent engineered to provide long-lasting vibrancy and structural integrity in cement-based applications. These industrial-grade formulations withstand extreme environmental stress, including UV radiation (ΔE ≤1.5 after 6,000 hours per ASTM G154), freeze-thaw cycles (100+ cycles tested to ASTM C666), and chemical exposure (30-day immersion in 5% sulfuric acid per ASTM D1308).

Developed using perylene and isoindolinone derivatives, our pigments achieve 98% particle fineness below 50μm, ensuring uniform dispersion in wet concrete mixes. They maintain ≤0.3% water-soluble content (ASTM C979) and reduce compressive strength loss to <3% at 28-day curing (EN 12390-3). With a monthly production capacity of 700 metric tons, we support large-scale projects requiring bulk orders up to 50MT.
