Ceramic Pigments

  • Ceramic pigment powder is an organic formulation engineered for extreme thermal stability in industrial ceramic manufacturing. These pigments withstand firing temperatures up to 1450°C (ISO 10545-16) while maintaining ΔE ≤1.0 color consistency across production batches. Designed for kiln-fired products, they resist chemical corrosion from acidic/alkaline glazes (pH 1-14 compatibility) and achieve 98% opacity at 3% dosage rates.

    Thermal Shock Resistance: 50+ rapid cooling cycles (1100°C to 25°C) without cracking (ASTM C1465)
    UV Stability: Maintain ≤0.8ΔE after 10-year outdoor exposure (ISO 105-B08)
    Particle Fineness: 99% below 5μm for uniform dispersion in slip casting
    Produced at 700 metric tons monthly, our pigment powder supports large-scale ceramic tile, sanitaryware, and refractory material production. Formulations use spinel and zircon-based complexes, achieving ≤0.1% heavy metal content (RoHS 3).
