However, the light resistance of dyes is poor, and dyes in ≤ 5 ℃ and ≥ 60 ℃ temperature conditions is difficult to be in a stable state. So this is the original reason for purchasing pigments for inkjet.
There are several requirements for pigments used for inkjet. First of all, it is necessary that the particle diameter of the pigment should be <1μm so that the nozzle will not be clogged when printing. Secondly, the pigment content should be low, so that pigment varieties with high color concentration should be used. Finally, if it is outdoor advertising and other high requirements for pigment light resistance ink, it is necessary to choose high light resistance pigment, of course, this will increase the cost of ink.
