Pearlescent pigment powder creates dynamic optical effects through precision-engineered mica and alumina substrates. These organic-coated platelets achieve 95% orientation in coatings (ASTM D5767), delivering angle-dependent color shifts up to ΔE 15. With 99% particle uniformity (ISO 13320), the powder ensures consistent metallic and iridescent effects in automotive and packaging coatings.

The pigment withstands 200°C baking temperatures (ASTM D2486) and resects UV degradation (≤1.0ΔE after 3,000 hours QUV-B). Produced at 700MT monthly, our powder supports high-volume orders with ≤2% batch variance. Surface functionalization enhances adhesion to waterborne systems, achieving 4B cross-cut adhesion (ASTM D3359).
