Your Reliable Pigment Partner
Glaze pigment powder is engineered for ceramic applications requiring extreme thermal resistance. These organic formulations withstand firing temperatures up to 1300°C (ISO 10545-16) while maintaining ΔE ≤1.0 color consistency. With 99.5% particle fineness below 5μm (ISO 13320), the powder ensures even distribution in glaze slips, preventing speckling in vitrified tiles and sanitaryware.
The pigment resists chemical attack from acidic/alkaline glazes (pH 1-14) and achieves 98% opacity at 3% dosage. Produced at 700MT monthly, our powder supports large-scale ceramic production with ≤1.5% batch variance. Zircon-based complexes ensure ≤0.1% heavy metal leaching (EN 15771), complying with global safety standards.
