Your Reliable Pigment Partner
Industrial pigment powder is engineered to withstand the most demanding operational conditions, offering unmatched durability in corrosive, high-temperature, and UV-intensive environments. These organic formulations provide:
Marine Corrosion Protection: 25+ years of service life in saltwater (ISO 12944 C5-M)
Chemical Resistance: Withstands 98% sulfuric acid immersion for 500 hours (ASTM D1308)
Thermal Stability: Performs from -50°C to 300°C (ASTM D2486)
Developed using perylene and isoindoline derivatives, our pigment powder achieves ≤0.8% annual color fade and maintains 8MPa adhesion to galvanized steel (ISO 4624). The micronization process ensures 99% particles below 5μm, enabling uniform dispersion in epoxy, polyurethane, and phenolic resin systems.
With 700 metric tons monthly production capacity, we support global projects requiring bulk orders up to 50MT. All batches are REACH Annex XVII compliant and contain <0.05% heavy metals (RoHS 3).
Technical Advantages
Adhesion Strength: 1,200MPa bond to carbon steel (ISO 4624)
UV Resistance: ≤1.0ΔE after 10,000-hour xenon arc testing (ASTM G155)
Production Scale: 700MT/month output with ±2% color tolerance
Applications
Offshore Platforms: Antifouling pigments for North Sea oil rigs, reducing dry-dock intervals by 24 months (NORSOK M-501).
Chemical Storage Tanks: Acid-resistant pigments for HCl containment systems (ASTM D1308 validated).
Mining Equipment Coatings: Abrasion-resistant pigments with 500+ Taber cycles (ASTM D4060).
