Anti-corrosion pigment powder extends asset lifespans through advanced barrier and cathodic protection. These organic formulations achieve 2,000-hour salt spray resistance (ASTM B117) and 98% adhesion on rusted substrates (ISO 4628). With 99% particle fineness below 3μm (ISO 13320), the powder ensures dense film formation in epoxy and polyurethane coatings.

The pigment inhibits underfilm corrosion with ≤0.1mm creepage after 5 years (ISO 12944) and resists sulfuric acid mist (ASTM D1308). Produced at 700MT monthly, our powder reduces coating layers by 30% while maintaining ISO 20340 C5-M corrosion standards.
